Our guide was very friendly. He did his best: showed everything and made it in an interesting way. Here are some suggestions for the service improvement. It would be better to solve the issue with entrance tickets in advance in order to understand which sights could be visited for free and which ones are open or under repair. In this case, the approximate waiting time could be easily found out. And it would be quite convenient for the guide as well. I’ll give you 4 stars as I have some tour experience to compare this trip to. But everything was ok, it just needs a little improvement. I want to note that Kiwitaxi staff is very friendly and polite!

We express our gratitude for your services and our guide Seraphima. Everything was perfect! She combines her job with a hobby and does it with great pleasure. Everything went fine. My flight han been delayed but Edward was waiting for me no matter what. The tour was exciting and very informative. I will definitely choose Kiwitaxi when I come to Dubai once again!

Our driver was very polite, careful, and attentive. But most importantly, he was extremely patient (given that there were 2 children with us: a 4-year-old and a one-year-old).
