January 30, 2023 — Our guide was very friendly. He did his best: showed everything and made it in an interesting way. Here are some suggestions for service improvement. It would be better to solve the issue with entrance tickets in advance in order to understand which sights could be visited for free and which of them are open or under repair. In this case, the approximate waiting time could be easily found out. And it would be quite convenient for the guide as well. I’ll give you 4 stars as I have some tour experience to compare this trip to. But everything was ok, it just needs a little improvement. I want to note that Kiwitaxi staff is very friendly and polite!
